Lavender Essential Oil (15ml)

Soft, floral, and instantly recognisable. Lavender is the oil people reach for at the end of a long day, when sleep won't come, when skin needs soothing, or when the house just needs to feel calmer. Diffuse it in the bedroom, add a drop to your pillow, or apply diluted to your wrists and feet before bed. It's also surprisingly useful for minor skin irritations and blemishes.

Peppermint Essential Oil (15ml)

Cool, sharp, and immediately effective. Peppermint is the oil you reach for when you need to focus, when your head is pounding, when your muscles are sore after a workout, or when your digestion needs a nudge. A drop on the temples, a whiff from the bottle, or a few drops in the diffuser and you'll feel the difference quickly.

How to use them together

Diffuse 2 drops of each for a balanced blend that's both grounding and uplifting. Mix with Fractionated Coconut Oil in a roller bottle for a tension-relief blend you can carry anywhere. Or simply use them separately throughout your day: Peppermint in the morning, Lavender at night.
