Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL STORE PICKUP:

Local store or market pick up is available on orders by arrangement. Email support@essentialoilsqld.com.au or call 0478 567 207 between 10am - 4pm AEST to make arrangements.

DELIVERY:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Delivery is available for addresses within Australia.  We do not ship to International addresses.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders are shipped using the services of "Australia Post" or "Couriers Please." We aim to have your order delivered in 5-10 business days, however delays by "Australia Post" or "Couriers Please" can occur which are beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

A flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies to orders under $180.00

Free delivery is available on orders over $180.00

REFUNDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@essentialoilsqld.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

RETURNED-TO-SENDER ORDERS:

If a parcel is returned to sender after a failed delivery attempt and not collected in time, customers may request a refund minus a 30% processing fee. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Contact us to arrange re-shipping or support.
