Hygge™ Cozy Blend - dōTERRA

Hygge (pronounced hoo-gah) is a Nordic idea built around comfort, warmth, and the pleasure of ordinary moments. This blend was made with that in mind. It has a warm, grounding scent from Wild Orange, Cedarwood, Amyris, Frankincense, Myrrh, Cistus, Vetiver, Tonka Bean, and Vanilla. Diffused at home, it makes a room feel settled and welcoming rather than sharp or clinical.

It works well for anyone who wants a diffuser blend for evenings, family time, or winding down after work. Also good as a base for a DIY room spray.

Add 3 to 4 drops to a diffuser. To make a room spray, combine with distilled water and witch hazel in a spray bottle.
