How to Get Started
- Log in to your online account to create a Loyalty Rewards Order.
Convenience and Flexibility
- Change your Loyalty Rewards Order every month before the shipping date.
- Edit your order online anytime through your account.
- Minimum PV required to maintain an LRP order is 1 PV.
- Order as little or as much as you want each month.
Earn Product Credits
- Every product has a Personal Volume (PV) value (eg Lavender 15ml costs $42 and has a PV of 30).
- The amount of credits you earn increases the longer you keep your LRP active - up to 30%.
- Loyalty Rewards product credits are based on PV.
- Credits are earned on LRP orders over 50PV.
Free Product of the Month
- Create a Loyalty Rewards Order totalling 125 Personal Volume (PV) or more.
- Set the shipping date on or before the 15th of the month to receive the product of the month.
- The free POM changes each month. Details of the product are released around 7pm on the 1st of each month.
Redeeming Product Credits
- Choose products to buy using points when you place your LRP order.
- Or contact Member Services to redeem credits.

Program Highlights
- Receive free shipping on orders of 100 PV or more.
- Earn product credits up to 30% of your total Loyalty Rewards monthly PV over time.
- Minimum monthly order of 50 PV to earn product credits.
- No maximum limit on monthly credit accumulation.
- Credits expire 12 months from issue date.
- Maintain 1 PV per month to keep your status and points.
Terms and Conditions
- Redemption fee of $3.00 applies, plus taxes and shipping.
- Must participate for 60 days before redeeming credits.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Cancel at any time by contacting Member Services.
- Products purchased with credits are not for resale.
