Deliveries to affected areas delayed. (Wednesday, 5th March 2025)

Postal and courier services in southeast Queensland and northern New South Wales have paused, as the region braces for Cyclone Alfred.

All Australia Post and StarTrack operations in this area have temporarily closed from midnight Wednesday, 5 March, with operations set to resume only once safe to do so.

Courier facilities in Gold Coast, Salisbury, Sunshine Coast and Coffs Harbour are also now closed with delays expected to continue throughout Friday and Saturday, 7-8 March.

We are still accepting online orders which will be delivered ASAP, all orders are still being processed  this does not affect other areas with deliveries still proceeding as normal from doTERRA.

Markets and Events

All markets and events being held by Essential Oils Queensland have been cancelled and will resume when Cyclone Alfred has passed by - Online orders have not been affected and are being processed as normal.
